In the opinion of the manufacturer, FOLOTOY CREATIVE PTE. LTD. has complied with the applicable security requirements set out in Schedule 1 of The Regulations, specifically:
All FOLOTOY products require a one-time code for authentication. No default or universal passwords are used. Each device is configured with a unique one-time code during initial setup via the FOLOTOY application.
FOLOTOY provides a publicly accessible point of contact for reporting security vulnerabilities at folotoy.com/security. Reports can be submitted via email to security@folotoy.com. Reporters will receive acknowledgment within 5 business days and status updates monthly, on the first Tuesday of each month, until resolution.
FOLOTOY provides security updates until 31 December 2030. The defined support period is published at folotoy.com/security-updates.
